2、 At the same time, control the pressure and speed of injection molding, increase the injection pressure, reduce the injection speed and avoid cracks.

3、 Control the operation process of plastic machinery, increase or decrease the back pressure of pre molding, reduce the screw speed, improve the exhaust condition of flow channel and cavity, and clean up the possible blockage of nozzle, flow channel and gate, so as to provide a good molding environment for PC production.
