At this time, we can use the heat treatment technology to reduce the quenching stress to a low point, so as to avoid cracking. We can reasonably use the cooling lubricant for treatment, which can not only reduce the quenching temperature, but also achieve the wet cleaning operation. It not only greatly reduces the manual operation steps, but also makes the heat caused by grinding controlled within the allowable range, effectively preventing the thermal deformation of PC plastic products. 1、 To improve the cooling condition of PC injection molding grinding process, such as using immersion grinding wheel or internal cooling grinding wheel. We can use the characteristics of the cutting fluid to introduce it into the grinding area. This operation can achieve good cooling effect and ensure that the surface of PC plastic products will not be damaged. We can also use an appropriate amount of cooling lubricant for filling and relief. This lubricant can not only ensure that the temperature can be reduced, but also achieve the Trinity effect, and the skill lubrication can also be cleaned up.



2、 After heat treatment, the quenching stress is reduced to a very small value, because the stress caused by quenching and the continuous grinding force of the network carbonized structure promote the internal structure of PC plastic products to become very fragile. At this time, if we operate with a little deviation, it is easy to produce surface cracks. If we want to eliminate the quenching stress caused by grinding, we can carry out some low-temperature process to reduce the temperature after grinding the high-precision PC plastic products, which can effectively help the endurance of the mold.

3、 In order to eliminate grinding stress, PC plastic products can also be soaked in 260-315 ℃ salt bath for 1.5 min, and then cooled in 30 ℃ oil to reduce hardness by 1 HRC and residual stress by 40% - 65%.


4、 For the PC plastic products whose dimension tolerance is less than 0.01mm, we need to carry out precision grinding. Before grinding, we must pay attention to the ambient temperature at that time. The impact of ambient temperature on PC plastic products is also subtle. If it is confirmed, constant temperature grinding can be carried out. According to the calculation, when the temperature difference of 300 m long steel piece is 3 ℃, the material change is about 10.8 μ m (10.8 = 1.2 × 3 × 3, 1.2 μ M / ℃ / 100 mm). This factor should be fully considered in each finishing process.


5、 In order to improve the manufacturing accuracy and surface quality of PC plastic products, we can also use the role of electrolytic grinding operation. Because the grinding wheel is used to remove the oxide coating instead of grinding the surface of PC plastic products, if the grinding effect is small, the heat is relatively small. At this time, we don't have to worry about the burr caused by the process of PC injection mold and the crack of plastic products.
