The material of PP hollow board determines its non-toxic, pollution-free, corrosion-resistant, waterproof and shockproof performance. In the process of use, it will not produce dust, and has a long service life, which is more than 4-10 times of that of corrugated board. It can be recycled and has the trend of gradually replacing paper corrugated board, which is mainly reflected in the product packaging. Hollow board is widely used. What details should we pay attention to in order to prolong the service life of hollow board?

1. The turnover box made of PP hollow board has poor heat resistance, so the turnover box made of PP hollow board should avoid long-term sun exposure. The PP hollow plate turnover box which has been exposed to sunlight is easy to aging, which affects its service life.

2. PP hollow plate turnover box is easy to deform. Therefore, when the goods are installed in PP hollow plate turnover box, attention should be paid not to throw them from high altitude. The goods should be placed reasonably in strict accordance with the provisions of goods stacking, and should not be placed in a certain place in the box or stacked eccentrically.

4.
