Product Introduction

TPU/ABS composit plate is one new kind of enviroment friendly material used for car gauge panel and inner decoration. It adopts multi manifold procee to make TPU coat on ABS instead of glue coating so that the finished product does not release formaldehyde or create inner air pollution. Plate thickness from 1mm to 8mm, width from 1200mm to 2000mm.

1.Good mechanical strength, high impact strength.

2.Resists scratching, excellent abrasion resistance.

3.Good electrical properties, moisture and creep resistance.

4.High dimentional stability, good luster.

5.Good chemical and stress cracking resistance to inorganic salt solutions, alkalis and many acids(strong oxidizing acids is a exception).

6.Fire resistance.

7.Easy to print (UV printing, Screen Printing, Digital Printing...).
